We are so excited that you have decided to join one (or more!) of our sports teams this year.  Our all-star coaches are ready to take you to the next level on the field or on the court.  All you need to do is sign up and show up!  Signing up is easy.  Bring the necessary documents (linked below) to the Athletic Director and pay the required participation fee and you're all set to play! Please note that sports physicals are valid for 2 years while all other forms must be filled out annually.
